Rats spread disease and cause damage. We conduct a comprehensive survey of your property to establish entry points and harbourage locations. We implement an appropriate control strategy and recommend a programme of proofing which will mitigate against future infestation.

Methods of control and eradication vary, depending on the circumstances. It may involve simple manipulation of the environment, deployment of authorised traps or, as a last resort, the use of professional rodenticides. Our use of these is strictly in accordance with the codes of practice set out under the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use, sanctioned by Natural England.
