Tenant reported wasps nest in flat. Working via our letting agent, Eliot arranged with the tenant to attend next day and sorted the problem: in fact he diagnosed that the nest was empty and the large wasp seen was the queen leaving. He thoroughly inspected the loft space to verify they were no longer active. The tenant is reassured, and Eliot said we could call on him any time if the problem recurs. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, excellent value.

Eliot responded immediately even though it was a Sunday. He spent 15 mins getting an idea of the problem and some history of the property. Eliot gave me a few things to check and some expert advice. Phoned Blue Light up as they are local to Farnham, turned up promptly at the agreed time, which was about 20 minutes after the phone call as they were driving past our house from one appointment to the next. All very easy and simple. Treated the wasp nest in about 5 minutes flat and left. Really nice and pleasant to deal with. An almost pleasant experience.
